He's an architect of dynamic work cultures, renowned for spearheading initiatives that slash turnover rates, elevate customer happiness, and bolster overall performance. Steering the Austin Contact Center Alliance (ACCA) as President, contributing to the United Way of Greater Austin's Community Impact Committee, and sharing insights in The Contact Center Pipeline, Mark embodies leadership in full stride.
