Mark Brody, CEO/President

With over 25 years of experience in the contact center industry, Mark's drive for excellence has defined his career, and fueled his passion for the Diamond Rule. Mark has successfully created cultures of engagement that have led to turnover reductions, increased customer satisfaction, and improved organizational performance.  He is the President of the Austin Contact Center Alliance (ACCA) and serves on the board for the Professional Teleservices Management Association (PTMA), and the South Central Region of PACE. Mark is also a published author for The Contact Center Pipeline, and in his spare time, this Kansas Jayhawk alum enjoys taking in a round of golf, and rooting for all New England/Boston sports teams.
